Responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Administration Leadership calendars, preparing meeting agendas, creating reports, recording meeting minutes and fulfilling other administrative duties as assigned. Supervise two Administrative Assistants and am responsible for monitoring and coordinating the department’s accounting activities. Certified as an authorized I-9 Agent for Onboarding.
