Kristen Muncy is the Senior Director of Provider Strategy & Education at Nimitt Consulting, where she partners with hospitals and health systems nationwide to strengthen their revenue cycle workflows and managed care strategies for stem cell transplant and cell and gene therapy programs. With nearly a decade of healthcare experience, most of it focused on transplant, Kristen brings a deep understanding of the complexities that shape both financial viability and patient access.
Before joining Nimitt, she gained first-hand experience at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she led negotiations with government and commercial payers and worked across revenue cycle and clinical operations. She is a strong believer in the “no margin, no mission” philosophy and is known for her ability to investigate, diagnose, and identify opportunities to improve providers’ bottom lines.
