Mackenzie Chumley is an experienced Organ Recovery Coordinator and critical care nurse with over a decade of frontline healthcare experience across ICU, transplant, and surgical settings. Currently serving at Indiana Donor Network, Mackenzie plays a pivotal role in donor management, allocation strategy, and staff education. She also serves as a PRN Administrator on Call, providing real-time clinical and operational leadership in collaboration with medical directors and transplant teams.
Holding dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Nursing Leadership, Mackenzie brings a unique blend of clinical insight and strategic acumen to her work. In addition to her bedside expertise, she is an active contributor to healthcare innovation as part of Health Tech Inc, a company focused on improving coordination between organ procurement organizations and hospitals. Mackenzie has helped shape the development of FirstLook, an early-stage digital tool aimed at increasing transparency, streamlining logistics, and enhancing donor case management.
