I am a Senior Donation Coordinator with Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network, where I specialize in hospital development, clinical donation processes, and strategic partnership building. In my role, I collaborate closely with hospital leadership and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement policies, programs, and best practices that strengthen organ and tissue donation systems and improve patient outcomes.
With a strong foundation in both clinical operations and relationship management, I serve as a subject matter expert within my hospital portfolio—supporting referral management, conducting on-site donor evaluations, and guiding care teams through critical moments in the donation process. I am particularly passionate about identifying opportunities for process improvement, increasing timely referrals, and fostering hospital cultures that support compassionate, family-centered donation decisions.
As a senior team member, I lead project-based initiatives focused on optimizing performance metrics and reducing process gaps across hospital systems. I also serve as a preceptor and mentor to new staff, helping to develop the next generation of donation professionals through training, education, and hands-on support.
I am committed to advancing the mission of organ donation through collaboration, continuous learning, and leadership. Through the mentor–mentee program, I look forward to both sharing my experience and learning from others across the donation and transplant community to further enhance impact and innovation in this field.
