I have been in the OPO industry for 13 years. I started as an Organ Recovery Coordinator at STA. Over time, I promoted up through the ORC levels, becoming proficient in advanced procedures. I became Supervisor over a team of 9 ORCs. Later, I transitioned over to Supervisor of Hospital Development. After leaving STA, I was a remote AOC for Iowa Donor Network for 2 years. Currently, I work for Life Connection of Ohio where I started as the Manager of Hospital Development, and now serve as the Manager of Family Services. Thrilled to be expanding my knowledge base and experience, and would love some guidance from those who have conquered before me.
