I am a transplant and donation operations leader with nearly a decade of experience advancing organ donation, transplantation, and clinical coordination across complex healthcare environments.
Throughout my career, I have managed high-acuity donor cases, coordinated multi-organ recovery operations, and collaborated with hospitals, transplant centers, surgeons, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate life-saving transplants. My experience spans donor evaluation and management, organ allocation logistics, recovery coordination, family authorization discussions, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership.
Currently, I serve as Coordination Services Manager and Administrator On-Call with ProCure On-Demand, where I oversee coordination operations, mentor clinical staff, support quality improvement initiatives, and provide leadership during high-pressure and time-sensitive organ recovery cases. Prior to this role, I spent more than seven years with the Center for Organ Recovery and Education (CORE), progressing through multiple positions in donor referral, tissue operations, and organ procurement coordination.
I hold a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Transplantation and Donation Science and maintain certifications as a Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) and Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (CTBS). I am also honored to serve as a Member At-Large on the OPTN Multi-Organ Transplant Committee.
My passion lies in building high-performing teams, improving operational processes, and advancing the mission of organ donation to create more opportunities for transplantation and save lives. I believe strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation are essential to meeting the evolving challenges of the transplant community and delivering the best possible outcomes for donors, recipients, and their families.
