Michelle has dedicated her career to the donation and transplantation efforts since 1996. She has held several positions and has experience/expertise in leadership development, training, data analysis, screening, and recovery. She is currently the Sr. Director of the Communications Center for Donation at LifeGift headquartered in Houston, Texas.
