Naimisha Chakravarthula, MBAH, serves as the Data Analytics & Quality Systems Manager at OurLegacy, where she has transformed the organization’s data infrastructure and performance management systems. With six years of experience in donation and transplantation analytics, Chakravarthula is widely recognized for her ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve both clinical practice and organizational strategy.

Chakravarthula’s contributions include the development of OurLegacy’s interactive Tableau dashboards, which now provide real-time visibility into donation performance across hospital partners and internal teams. She has also created internal tools to support case reviews, key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, and reporting for industry regulators, helping ensure compliance and performance at the highest levels.
