With over three decades of dedicated experience in the donation and transplantation field, I have developed a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the clinical, operational, and leadership aspects of transplant care. My work has involved designing and implementing process improvements, guiding teams through complex clinical pathways, and mentoring emerging professionals in the field.

A significant part of my contributions has been at the systems level, where I’ve played an active role in collaborative efforts at the local, regional, and national levels.
