Patti Niles has over 30 years of experience in the organ donation industry. Patti has developed a team of strategic leaders to increase productivity, enhance performance and focus on the mission to save and improve lives at Southwest Transplant Alliance (STA), one of the largest organ donor programs in this country. Her tenure at STA has seen a dramatic 80% increase in the number of organs recovered for transplant. Prior to her role with STA, Patti served as Executive Director with New Mexico Donor Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico for 9 years. Patti has served in various capacities within AOPO and UNOS and is very active within her community.
