I am a healthcare quality and process improvement leader with clinical training and extensive experience advancing system‑level performance improvement across transplant, oncology, primary care, and network‑based clinical environments. I currently serve as Assistant Director of Transplant Quality, Compliance & Data at University of Washington Transplant Services, where I built and led the organization’s first comprehensive transplant quality program spanning kidney, liver, lung, heart, and living donor services.
My work focuses on strengthening regulatory readiness, patient safety, and data‑driven decision‑making through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, change management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. I lead enterprise QAPI strategy and have advanced analytics‑enabled oversight by directing large‑scale Epic optimization initiatives, transitioning programs from manual reporting to real‑time performance monitoring. This work has supported sustainable improvement, transparency, and compliance with CMS and OPTN/UNOS standards, and has been recognized through institutional safety and innovation awards.
