Prior to joining NJ Sharing Network, I worked as an Eye Recovery Technician for two years. I began my career at NJ Sharing Network as a Level I Quality Assurance Specialist and progressed to Quality Assurance Manager. I collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance, identify organizational trends, and implement process improvements that enhance quality and support the donation mission.
