Thomas Molony is Vice President and Director of Organ Services for Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency (MORA), where he has seen a nearly 40% increase in donations and transplanted organs within his last four years of leadership. He holds an ADN from Meridian Community College and a BSN from Walden University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Molony is a registered nurse of over 20 years and has been employed at MORA since 2011. Prior to his VP and Director role, Molony served as an Organ Recovery Coordinator and Supervisor of Clinical Support. Additionally, he serves as a member of the ABTC Exam Committee for CPTC/CTP. Molony is committed to the mission of saving and improving lives through the gift of donation and remains dedicated to the evolution of transplantation.

Outside of work, you can find Molony on any ball field in the South, chasing his three girls: Aven (10), Annsley (8), and Addison (6). His additional hobbies include golfing, fishing, and listening to live music.
