Tiffany Kelly serves as the Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Solutions Operations at Donor Network West, where she leads a strategic team in helping clinical and non-clinical teams achieve excellence. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and began her OPO journey in 2018 as a Tissue Donation Specialist, developing clinical experience. She then moved into leadership roles where she gained a strong foundation in operations and process improvement and found her passion for data analysis. Tiffany is committed to enhancing operational standards, with a LEAN mindset, through data-driven strategies to improve outcomes, and honor the gift of life. She is a proud Las Vegas native, where she lives with her husband, 5-month-old baby girl, and two dogs.
