Tim Stapleton is the Manager of Organ Services for Carolina Donor Services, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of the Organ Services Department which includes their Organ Donation Coordinators and Referral Allocation Coordinators.
Tim shares a passion for maximizing operational excellence and delivering on Carolina Donor Services strategic plan. Since being the Manager, Tim has developed and implemented the referral allocation department to successfully streamline referral and allocation operations. Prior to becoming the manager, Tim served as Carolina Donor Services Organ Services Supervisor where he was responsible for the day-to-day collaborative operation of the Organ Services Department.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to his bachelor’s degree, Timothy is scheduled to complete his Master of Health Administration from Queens University of Charlotte in April of 2021.
