Tim Stapleton is the Manager of Organ Services for Carolina Donor Services, responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of the Organ Services Department which includes their Organ Donation and Referral Allocation Coordinators.
Tim shares a passion for maximizing operational excellence and delivering on Carolina Donor Services strategic plan. Since being the Manager, Tim has developed, implemented, and streamlined the referral and allocation operations. Prior to becoming the manager, Tim served as Carolina Donor Services Organ Services Supervisor where he was responsible for the day-to-day collaborative operation of the Organ Services Department.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition to his bachelor’s degree, Tim holds a Master of Health Administration from Queens University of Charlotte. He and his family live in Raleigh, North Carolina.
