Mr. Caden Teer currently serves as the Associate Director of Research Engineering at Mississippi State University’s (MSU) Raspet Flight Research Laboratory (RFRL). Before joining RFRL, Mr. Teer held positions in flight test and quality engineering at an industry leading aerospace company. Mr. Teer leads a strong team of capable engineers and graduate/undergraduate research assistants that have led numerous projects, flight tests, and technical evaluations. RFRL primarily focuses on unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) today and research efforts include, but are not limited to: UAS integration into the National Airspace System (NAS), integration and testing of novel aircraft systems, and the development and validation of concepts of operations (CONOPs) for a variety of aviation applications.
