With over three decades of experience connecting deeply with people, Tonya brings compassion, purpose, and professionalism to every interaction. For the past three years, she has specialized in guiding families through donation conversations, offering empathy and clarity during some of life’s most difficult moments. Prior to that, she spent 33 years as a hairstylist, supporting people through life’s ups and downs—listening, encouraging, and helping them feel seen and valued.
In addition to her professional experience, Tonya has dedicated 20 years to youth ministry, mentoring and inspiring young people to grow in faith and character. Her approach is rooted in kindness, service, and a belief that every conversation has the power to make a difference.
