With nearly three decades of experience in organ donation and transplantation, I began my career in 1997 at New England Organ Bank, working in their Communication Center. This early role built a strong foundation in donor coordination and critical communication. Sixteen years ago, I earned my RN and transitioned into a bedside transplant coordinator position, where I deepened my clinical expertise and direct involvement in the organ and tissue donation process.
After relocating to Florida, I spent four years with TransLife/OurLegacy, as a Transplant Coordinator contributing to donor services and operational growth. I was recruited to LiveOnNY to help develop and build a remote triage department, where I played a key role in establishing workflows, expanding capabilities, and driving measurable success.
In 2024, I joined LOPA to lead the development of their intake department. Starting with just four team members, I successfully scaled the department to a team of 20, creating a robust, high-performing operation that supports efficient donor referral and management.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to advancing organ donation through innovation, team development, and a focus on improving systems that ultimately save and enhance lives.
