Victoria Riley is a registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience spanning critical care, emergency nursing, hospital administration, complex case management, and organ donation. She current serves as CORE’s In-House Organ Procurement Coordinator at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where she facilitates all aspects of the organ donation process at the highest-volume donor hospital in CORE’s DSA.
Tory’s expertise in high-stakes clinical decision making, difficult communication, interdisciplinary collaboration and organization have made her a leader among her peers. Tory has routinely been called upon to serve as a charge nurse, mentor, and orientation preceptor for new nurses and procurement coordinators alike. She has led systemwide education and communication initiatives and is a trusted partner within the hospital to all members of clinical care teams.
