Thank you for agreeing to serve as a speaker for the 2026 NCF Payer Collaborative pre-meeting. We truly appreciate your time, expertise, and willingness to contribute and look forward to working with you.
To help ensure a smooth experience leading up to the event, please take a moment to review and complete the following items as early as possible:
- Travel Arrangements: Speakers are responsible for booking their own travel based on their preferred travel dates and times.
- Hotel Accommodations: Speakers will need to reserve their hotel room independently. A room block has been secured for the event. Please use the link below to book your accommodations within the designated block
- Event Registration (if attending the main conference): If you plan to attend the 2026 National Collaboration Forum: Transplantation & Donation Management in addition to this pre-meeting, you will need to complete event registration.
Please note: If you are serving in a dual role as a speaker for both the Payer Collaborative pre-meeting and the main conference, and have questions or need clarification regarding travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, or registration, please contact McKinley Walsh (mckinley@organdonationalliance.org) or a member of the The Alliance Team (info@organdonationalliance.org) for guidance.
Please be sure to include your name and presentation title in the file name when uploading your slides (e.g., 2026 Payer Collab – Presentation Title – Speaker Name). All presentations must include a disclosure slide.
- Preferred Layout: 16:9 Slide Size (widescreen)
- Template: The Alliance is happy to provide an event branded PPT template, but you are welcome to use your organization’s template.
- Videos (optional): If you plan to include media components in your presentation (e.g., video, audio clips, etc.), please let The Alliance know upon submission of your slides. We ask that you embed the video in your presentation and provide the raw video file.
- Please review the agenda for information regarding your session. If you have specific questions about your presentation or anticipate any delays with your presentation, please contact McKinley Walsh (mckinley@organdonationalliance.org).
