Sponsored Specialty

By participating as a Sponsor, your organization agrees to the following:

• Financial Support Only: Sponsor provides funding to underwrite the webinar but does not deliver content, or presentations.
• Non-Speaker Status: Sponsor representatives may not serve as faculty, panelists, or co-presenters during the session, or moderator.
• No Influence on Clinical Content: Sponsor may suggest general topic areas but may not edit, review, or approve clinical content developed by presenters.

The Alliance agrees to:

• Work with Corporate Partner to select and invite qualified clinical experts to serve as presenters.
• Clearly disclose sponsorship during promotional materials and at the start of the session.
• Coordinate program logistics, technology, and attendee engagement.
• Uphold an educational environment free from commercial bias.

Given the breadth of clinical practice and the rapidly evolving evidence base, The Alliance does not independently adjudicate scientific disputes or validate all clinical statements made by presenters. Presenters are responsible for the accuracy of their content.

To maintain a high educational standard, all presenters engaged for a Specialty Webinar must comply with the following requirements. The Sponsor acknowledges and supports these requirements:

a. Evidence-Based Content

All information shared must be accurate, fact-based, and grounded in current research or accepted clinical practice.

b. Independence From Sponsor

Presenters may not receive compensation from the Sponsor for their participation in the session, including:

• Honoraria
• Consulting fees
• Paid advisory roles
• Board or employment relationships specifically tied to the Sponsor

c. Full Disclosures

Presenters must provide a slide at the beginning of the presentation with complete and current conflict-of-interest disclosures, which will be shared with participants.

d. No Competitor Call-Outs

Presenters may not reference competitor companies or competitor products by name. Discussion should focus on their own data, experience, and the broader evidence base.

e. Intellectual Property Compliance

Presenters must use only materials—images, videos, graphics, or other media—that are owned by the presenter or appropriately licensed. The Alliance does not assume liability for third-party IP.

f. Pre-Recorded Content

To ensure alignment with these protocols, presenters may pre-record the presentation portion of the webinar.

A live session will follow for audience Q&A.

The Sponsor acknowledges that:

• The Alliance does not review or verify all scientific claims made in the webinar.
• The Alliance cannot serve as adjudicator between competing products, technologies, or clinical assertions.
• The Alliance reserves the right to decline content or presenters who do not meet program standards.
• The Alliance will not share the list of attendees to the webinar.

The Alliance will provide appropriate recognition of the Sponsor, including:

• Inclusion in registration pages, promotional emails, and event slides.
• Verbal acknowledgment at the beginning of the program.
• Listing on The Alliance website as the session sponsor.

Sponsor recognition will not imply endorsement of any product, technology, or commercial approach.

Following execution of this Agreement, The Alliance and Sponsor will work collaboratively on:

• Selection of the webinar date, based on Alliance options and preferences of the partner
• Topic refinement
• Presenter identification (in consultation with subject-matter experts)
• Production deadlines for pre-recorded content

A live “Same Page Meeting,” or planning conversation, will be scheduled in advance of the webinar date with all speakers and moderator.

The Alliance may cancel or reschedule a Specialty Webinar at its discretion if:

• Presenter requirements are not met
• Content fails to meet educational standards
• Program independence is compromised

If cancellation occurs due to Sponsor non-compliance, no refund is guaranteed.
