The Transplant Administrator Coffee & Connection is a recurring virtual gathering that provides transplant administrators with a dedicated space to connect, collaborate, and share experiences. With no formal agenda, the sessions are designed to foster open, honest, and productive dialogue, allowing participants to discuss challenges, exchange insights, and learn from one another in a safe and supportive environment.

• Target Audience: Intended for executive-level transplant administrators who are actively serving in an operational leadership role within a transplant program, actively overseeing transplant operations, rather than functioning in a consultant or advisory capacity.
• Member Commitment: Meetings are proposed to be held monthly for one hour, in a virtual format, with scheduling set either early in the morning or in the afternoon based on mutual participant availability.
