This national, cooperative effort will focus on education and training, professional growth, establishing standards and competencies, and event planning for the Transplant Quality Community.
- Education & Training: Develop and maintain standardized training materials and educational resources to support both onboarding and ongoing professional development.
- Professional Growth: Foster leadership development, skill-building opportunities, and mentorship across the field to support career advancement and long-term growth.
- Standards & Competencies: Create and implement a competency framework, including shared terminology, clear role definitions, and professional standards to guide consistent practice across the field.
- Event Planning: Collaborate with Alliance's existing conference infrastructure and develop sustainable processes for delivering high-quality, relevant programming annually.
