Angela Crescenti MSN, RN is a Transplant Coordinator for Gift of Life Donor Program in Philadelphia. She spent the majority of her time providing care to patients in various critical care settings across the country. She completed her Masters in Nursing in 2016 and spent time teaching clinicals in the Philadelphia area. While providing care as a Critical Care Transport Nurse in California, she had the honor working with donors through the Donor Network West. She has been a Transplant Coordinator for Gift of Life for two years and hopes to continue gaining the knowledge and expertise needed to provide the best possible support for families experiencing loss while embracing the opportunity of organ donation.
