Improving Donation Outcomes: Leveraging Case Reviews to Drive Awareness and Change

Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 2:00pm

Case reviews are an effective way for Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) to identify areas of opportunities to improve donation outcomes. In this discussion, we will review different approaches and models for case reviews from the clinical, family support, and hospital development perspectives. Our panelists will discuss the structures they use, how they have evolved over time, and how they have had a positive impact on their organization’s performance and culture.
