Purpose / Goal

Benchmarking in transplantation is a topic that many transplant program directors, administrators and quality professionals find daunting. This webinar will define and explain what benchmarking is, describe appropriate transplant clinical process and outcome metrics, discuss how to select benchmarking metrics that are important for transplant programs, and review transplant benchmarking sources and trends to close the loop on using transplant benchmarking data.
