Ashlee Seagraves, MSN, RN, is a dedicated transplant professional, nurse leader, and educator with a diverse background spanning critical care, organ allocation, and academic nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina Transplant Center. She has served as an ICU nurse and organ allocation coordinator, gaining extensive experience in the management of complex, high-acuity patients across multiple organ programs.
In her current role as Clinical Practice Nurse Expert, Ashlee develops and implements competency-based training for multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory standards and best practices. Her work includes quality improvement initiatives focused on optimizing workflows, enhancing communication, and improving patient outcomes within transplant programs, and she arranges Transplant Grand Rounds throughout the year.
