Erika Wilkerson serves as the Manager, Donation Liaisons in the Hospital Development Department at Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network. Her responsibilities include managing staff with a territory of over 70 hospital and 60 coroner accounts. Erika is responsible for leading a team who is responsible for developing influential relationships with hospital and transplant program administration, presenting educational programs to hospital staff on all aspects of the donation process, analyzing and interpreting referral and donation data, evaluating hospital donation policies and approaching families to request for organ and tissue donation in her designated territory. Erika draws on her 15+ years of combined professional experience in marketing, advisement, education and health care to seek out every opportunity to increase organ and tissue donation.
