Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 3:00pm

Staff management has been a significant challenge for transplant centers nationwide. As the demand for transplants grows, how are these centers addressing the increasing workload with either the same number of staff or, in many instances, fewer resources? During this session, we will discuss the pros and cons of developing and managing an in-house call team. Our panel will share insights into key considerations for successful program development, including strategies to enhance efficiency, staff/faculty satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and patient access to donor organs.
