Jennifer began her journey in critical care nursing before spending 28 years at high-performing, prominent Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), 22 of those years in leadership: LifeLink of Florida, Donor Network of Arizona, and Donor Alliance. As COO of Donor Alliance, she oversaw critical clinical and community operations, driving a 130% surge in DCD donation, a 65% increase in overall organ donation, and a 74% rise in organ transplants.
Specializing in strategic planning, workforce excellence, and quality improvement, Jennifer leverages her clinical background to provide trusted, high-performing coordinators who seamlessly support the donation and transplantation community.
