Johanna Mishra is the Senior Director of Solid Organ Transplant at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, bringing expertise in healthcare administration and transplant services, supported by a Master of Science degree. Within the pediatric care environment of Lurie Children’s Hospital, Johanna has progressed through several roles, demonstrating leadership competencies in strategic and operational initiatives. Their experience includes serving as Director of Solid Organ Transplant & International Patient Services and as Director of Corporate Outreach. Earlier in their tenure at Lurie Children’s, Johanna served as Administrative Director, providing strategic and operational support for the Department of Pediatrics, specifically within the Divisions of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition and Emergency Medicine. In this role, they worked directly with physician leadership on strategic initiatives including faculty recruitment and expansion of clinical and research activities. Prior to joining Lurie Children’s Hospital, Johanna contributed to patient care protocols as a Pediatric Liver Transplant Coordinator at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Their work history also includes serving as Division Manager for the Division of Cardiology at Children’s Memorial Hospital. Earlier, Johanna was an Associate Consultant at Huron Consulting Group, contributing to the Health Care Provider Team. Johanna holds a Master of Science from Rush University and a Bachelor of Science of Nursing from the University Of Pennsylvania, demonstrating applied knowledge of nursing and healthcare practices.
