Brief Bio

Niki Titsworth is the Director of Clinical Management at Donor Alliance. She brings nearly 20 years of healthcare experience to the role. Niki started her career as a nurse in the acute care setting, specializing in critical care. After collaborating with Donor Alliance in a local ICU, Niki was inspired by the gift of donation and joined Donor Alliance. Niki has helped lead the organ team, for over 10 years, to year-over-year growth with 2023 being highlighted as a record-breaking year with 307 organ donors and 918 organs transplanted. Along with the milestone of honoring 307 organ donors, the OTPD ended at 2.99 which is a meaningful way of being good stewards of the generosity of the organ donors and their families. As the Director of Clinical Management, she leads to increased clinical visibility to our hospital partners and supports the clinical expertise required to clinically manage organ donors in the ICU. In her tenure as director, she spearheaded processes to enhance hospital partner knowledge of Donor Management Goals and strategically onboarded the workforce to increase visibility in donor hospitals at night. This includes the strategic creation and onboarding of an entirely new role in 2023.
Along with supporting the mission of Donor Alliance from a clinical perspective, Niki provides initial Enneagram training and education to the new staff of Donor Alliance. She is a Certified Enneagram Coach and has her master’s in business administration.

How are OPOs collaborating with donor hospitals to improve their CMS Organ Donation Rate? During this webinar, we will hear about innovative ways that OPO leaders and staff are leveraging data to educate and engage their hospital partners to maximize organ donation and eliminate missed opportunities to save more lives through organ transplantation.
