Brief Bio

Pamela L. Albert, RN, BSN, CPTC

Pam began her career at New England Donor Services (NEDS) in June of 1989 as a donation coordinator. At NEDS, she has worked as the Education Specialist/Hospital Development Coordinator, donor family liaison, Director of Tissue Operations and Aftercare Services. She is presently the Sr. Director of Tissue Donation Services. In this role she acts as a performance coach for Tissue Operations Center staff as well as a mentor and coach for new managers and directors in Tissue Donation Services. Pam is also a faculty member of the Gift of Life Institute in Philadelphia, PA.

In June of 2000 her work with donor families was recognized nationally when she received the MTF Donor Family Care Award. In 2021 she received the Jeanne C. Mowe from the American Association of Tissue in recognition of her contributions in tissue banking and transplantation.
