Shanté serves as the Senior Director of Donation Systems overseeing Hospital Development and Hospital Access activity throughout the LifeGift Service Area. She began her OPO career with Texas Organ Sharing Alliance, continued her career progression with CORE in Pittsburgh, PA and now at LifeGift Organ Donation Center. Her industry experience covers payer healthcare operations, strategic business projects, for profit/not-for profit business development and medical logistics in diverse sectors from civilian medical to military medical services.
Shanté earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Public Health Education and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has formerly worked with the NATCO as a Project and Work group leader as well as a Faculty member with HRSA’s National Learning Congress and serves as a mentor and contributor on many workgroups with The Alliance. She also has served in the US Army Reserves for 16 years as a Health Services Administrator and Medical Logistics Officer.
