Yvette M. Chapman, RN, MSN, CCTC is a nationally recognized transplant leader with more than 20 years of experience across the full organ donation and transplantation continuum. She currently serves as Interim Transplant Administrator for the USC Transplant Institute, providing executive oversight of transplant operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives across adult transplant programs. In parallel, she serves as Interim Director of Transplant Services at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, overseeing pediatric heart, liver, and kidney transplant programs.
Yvette’s career spans frontline transplant nursing, organ procurement leadership, quality and risk management, and senior executive administration. She previously served as Vice President of Transplant Services at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and held multiple leadership roles at Southwest Transplant Alliance, including Vice President of Business Partner Development and Director of Quality Systems and Risk Management. Her work has consistently focused on CMS and UNOS compliance, data-driven quality improvement, program growth, and building high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
She is the Founder and Principal Strategic Advisor of PulsePoint Strategies, LLC, a national consultancy supporting transplant centers, OPOs, and healthcare technology partners with operational optimization, regulatory readiness, and strategic innovation.
Yvette holds a Master of Nursing, is a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC), and is a Past President of the Texas Transplant Society. She has served on multiple national transplant leadership councils and UNOS committees and is a frequent contributor to national discussions on transplant quality, operations, and education.
