Across the healthcare continuum, organizations are experiencing a significant labor shortage that is adversely impacting their day-to-day operations. As a community, it is critical that we address these challenges and implement effective strategies that will circumvent the issue and promote career longevity. During this program, we will be joined by a multi-disciplinary panel of leaders who will discuss the ongoing challenges of hiring and retaining staff, and share insights related to new staffing models, effective onboarding strategies, potential training opportunities, and approaches to improving employee retention.
