Dr. Jacqueline Clark earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the Northeastern University in Boston, MA. From there, she completed her PGY-1 and PGY-2 Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacy Residency at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She then stayed on as a transplant pharmacy clinical specialist covering heart, lung, liver, kidney, and pancreas transplant. She then moved back home and is now one of two cardiothoracic transplant pharmacists at Massachusetts General Hospital, working in the inpatient and ambulatory settings pre-and post-transplant.
Pharmacology Adherence: Exploring Risk Factors, Medication Management, and Adherence Interventions

This course will explore the definition of adherence followed by an exploration of associated risk factors, interventions, and monitoring as it pertains to medication adherence. We will also explore medications that require prior authorizations and the adherence concerns that could arise as a result.
