This course will cover how to track your center’s MPSC readiness for both pre- and post-transplant outcomes, as well as give you tools to improve your center’s performance regardless of where you stand.
- Demonstrate an understanding of your program’s current performance in both pre- and post-transplant outcomes.
- Develop meaningful strategies to improve performance whether in green, yellow, or review MPSC zones.
