With the number of referrals on the rise, transplant centers are being challenged to effectively manage incoming referrals and streamline the referral process to move patients through the transplant journey. This webinar will showcase best practices related to the effective management of incoming referrals for new patients and strategies being explored to improve outreach efforts to move patients through the transplant process.
