The Organ Donation and Transplantation Alliance (The Alliance) is pleased to announce the 2022 Board of Directors and new Executive Committee. The new Executive Committee includes:

- Chair-Elect Jan Finn (Midwest Transplant Network)
- Immediate Past Chair Kevin Myer (LifeGift)
- Secretary Dr. Richard Gilroy (Intermountain Medical Center)
- Treasurer Dr. Jon Snyder (Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute).
To serve the vision of The Alliance, the Board of Directors is comprised of leaders from diverse donation and transplant programs, as well as other important healthcare organizations, including the American Hospital Association (AHA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Society of Transplantation (AST), American Society of Transplant Surgeons (ASTS), Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO), the Joint Commission, Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), and the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS).

These board members bring leadership and guidance to advance the field, ultimately saving and healing more lives on the national transplant waitlist. The board will steer the strategic planning process and resource decisions, which will guide other initiatives throughout the coming years.
